摘要
分析我国民办高校教师职业倦怠的水平及影响因素,探究减缓职业倦怠水平的有效路径,有助于促进民办高校健康发展。运用SPSS21.0工具对全国7169名民办高校教师调查分析发现:民办高校教师的职业倦怠水平较高,情绪衰竭及成就感缺失问题较为突出;不同人口属性变量、人力资本变量、经济资本变量之间的民办高校教师职业倦怠水平存在显著差异;工作认同感、孤独感、离职意向能预示职业倦怠水平,其中工作认同感、孤独感均通过离职意向这一中介变量间接影响民办高校教师的职业倦怠水平。
Understanding the level of professional burnout and its influencing factors, and exploring effective ways to slow down the job burnout level of teachers in private colleges, will help to promote the healthy development of private colleges. This paper took an empirical study of 7,169 teachers in private colleges with SPSS21.0. The results are as follows. The job burnout level of teachers in private colleges was higher, and there were serious problems, such as emotional exhaustion and reduced personal accomplishment. There are significant differences in the level of occupation burnout among private college teachers of different demographic, human capital variables and economic capital variables. Work identity,loneliness and turnover intention can effectively predict the level of occupation burnout teachers, while work identity and loneliness can affect the level of occupation burnout through the intermediary variable of turnover intention indirectly.
