摘要
在此前的地震中,与旁路开关结构形式类似的支柱类设备已经遭受过大量的破坏。为了研究旁路开关的抗震性能,文中首先以±800 k V直流旁路开关为原型建立有限元模型并进行了地震响应分析,结果表明,在组合相关荷载作用后,该设备无法满足抗震设计要求。文中建议了一种在设备底部设置钢丝绳阻尼器和液压阻尼器组成的减震支座的方案,通过修正Bouc-Wen模型模拟钢丝绳阻尼器的滞回特性,对设置减震支座前后的设备进行地震响应分析。结果显示设置减震支座后,绝缘子根部应力响应大大减小,满足应力安全系数的要求,文中所述的减震支座能有效提高旁路开关的抗震性能。
The post class equipments,which are similar to the bypass switch,have experienced severe damage inthe past earthquakes. In order to study the seismic performance of the bypass switch,a finite element model,whichis based on a ±800 k V direct current bypass switch,is established. The seismic analysis shows that the bypass switchcould not satisfy the seismic request after combination with other corresponding loads. Then,an seismic resistancebearing system combining wire rope and viscous dampers is installed at the bottom of the bypass switch to decreaseits responses. The hysteretic curve of the wire rope is simulated by a modified Bouc-Wen model,then the seismic re-sponses of the bypass switch with and without seismic resistance are analyzed. The results show that with the seismicresistance bearing system,the stress at the bottom of the insulator is greatly decreased and the safety factor is largerthan the requirement. The seismic resistance bearing here can effectively improve the seismic performance of the by-pass switch.
