摘要
建立以最小化物流成本和生产平衡效率损失为优化目标的混流装配线设施规划与布局问题(MMAL-FLP)的数学模型,并提出带基因检测的第二代非支配排序遗传算法(GT-NSGA2)求解此模型。最后结合实际案例,对比分析表明优化后的布局在物流成本和生产平衡效率损失方面分别降低了9.69%和16.13%,验证了MMAL-FLP数学模型和GT-NSGA2的有效性和可行性。
In order to solve the facility layout problem of mixed model assembly line(MMAL- FLP), the optimized multi-objective model of MMAL-FLP was built for minimizing the logistics cost and theproduction balanceloss. Meanwhile, non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm 2with gene test(GT-NSGA2)was proposed to solve this model. The practical case study showed that the logistics cost and the production balanceloss were reduced by 9. 69% and 16. 13%,which proved the effectiveness and the feasibility of MMAL-FLP model and GT-NSGA2.
