摘要
考虑到配电型避雷器的实际安装位置和运行情况,避雷器国际标准IEC 60099-4:2014中不再采用2 ms方波冲击电流耐受试验对配电型避雷器进行考核,而是在重复电荷转移能量耐受试验中以8/20μs雷电冲击电流波形对配电型避雷器用电阻片进行考核。简化了8/20μs雷电冲击电流峰值与其电荷量之间转换的数学推导过程。在此基础上,挑选了配电型避雷器常用的三种规格氧化锌电阻片进行了试验,研究了这三种规格的氧化锌电阻片连续雷电冲击电流试验和重复电荷转移能量试验的情况,可为即将修订的国家标准GB 11032-2010中相关内容提供参考。
In the consideration of actual operation situation of the distribution arrester, the 8/20 p,s lightning impulse current is used to replace 2 ms rectangular impulse current in repetitive charge transfer rating test by the international standard IEC 60099-4:2014. A simplified mathematical derivation be- tween the current peak and charge of 8/20 p.s lightning impulse current is given in this paper. On this basis, a test is taken on three type ZnO varistor used in the distribution arrester, and the result of continuous lightning impulse current test and repetitive charge transfer rating test is discussed. Some references from the analysis and conclusion is provided a reference for modifying the relevant content in GB 11032-2010.
