γ射线辐射制备淀粉基高吸水性树脂 被引量:11

摘要 以淀粉为接枝骨架,丙烯酸(AA)以及丙烯酸钠为接枝单体,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,通过γ射线辐射制备高吸水性树脂。探讨了中和度、交联剂用量、辐照剂量、辐照剂量率等因素对吸水树脂吸水性能影响。研究表明,在中和度为80%,交联剂含量为0.375%,辐射剂量为4.8 k Gy,辐射剂量率为40 Gy/min条件下,制备的吸水树脂吸水倍率可达1815.4 g/g。研究发现,吸水率随着辐照剂量以及辐照剂量率的增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势。 The superabsorbent resin was prepare grafting skeleton, acrylic acid and sodium acrylic as d by gamma ray irradiation in the presence of starch as grafting monomers and N, N'-methylene bisacrylamide (NMBA) as crosslinking agent. The effect of neutralization degree, crosslinking agent content, radiation dose and radiation dose rate on the water absorption of superabsorbent resin were investigated. Under the conditions including the neutralization degree of 80%, the crosslinking agent content of 0. 375%, the radiation dose of 4. 8 kGy and the radiation dose rate of 40 Gy/min, the superabsorbent resin obtained the water absorbency of 1 815 g/g. It was also found that water absorbency first increased then decreased with the increase of radiation dose and radiation dose rate.
