摘要 以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)和ABS/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)合金为研究对象,研究了不同橡胶含量对力学强度、流动性和缺口冲击强度的影响。并结合仪器冲击进一步研究了不同橡胶含量下ABS和ABS/PBT合金各阶段冲击能量的变化及贡献。结果表明,随着橡胶含量的提高,ABS和ABS/PBT合金的缺口冲击性能逐渐提高,超过一定量后冲击性能出现跃升。通过对比仪器冲击结果,发现裂纹扩展是ABS和ABS/PBT缺口冲击韧性的主要来源。此外,不同测试温度对基体强度的改变会明显影响材料裂纹扩展的过程,从而影响材料的冲击韧性。 In this paper, the mechanical strength, flowability and notched impact strength of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer (ABS) and ABS/polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) alloy with different rubber contents were studied. The variation and constitution of impact energy of ABS and ABS/PBT alloys at different rubber contents were studied via instrumental impact test. The results suggest that the impact performance of ABS and ABS/PBT alloy is improved with increasing rubber content, and the notched Izod impact strength increases sharply when the rubber content is over the critical value. By comparing the instrumental impact results, it was found that the crack propagation was the main contribution to the toughness of ABS and ABS/PBT toughness. Moreover, the change of polymer matrix rigidity under different test temperature could affect the process of crack propagation, resulting in different impact toughness of the material.
