摘要
以二甘醇、苯酐、异辛醇为原料,钛酸四正丁酯为催化剂,环己烷做带水剂,通过酯化、缩聚方法合成聚苯酐二甘醇酯增塑剂,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、凝胶液相色谱对产物进行结构表征,探究实验得到合成聚苯酐二甘醇聚酯的最佳醇酸物质的量比、催化剂和封端剂用量、反应时间和反应温度。对合成的产品作为增塑剂制成聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂,并进行拉伸性能、挥发减量、热重分析。结果表明,苯酐二甘醇聚酯具有耐迁移,耐挥发等优良性能,适用功能PVC制品的添加剂,具有极大的工业化开发与应用前景。
With diethylene glycol, phthalic anhydride and isooctyl alcohol as raw materials, tetra-n- butyl titanate as the catalyst, the new plasticizer polyanhydride diethylene glycol ester was synthesized by esterification and polycondensation methods. The structure of the new plasticizer was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and gel permieation chromatography. The effects of the molar ratio of diethylene glycol to phthalie anhydride, the amount of catalyst and end-capping agent, reaction time and temperature on the reaction were studied. The new plasticizer was added into polyvinylchloride (PVC), whose tensile properties, weight loss on heating and TG were measured. The results show that the new plasticizer has excellent resistance to migration and volatilization and other fine performance, which can be used as additive for functioned PVC and has the great potential in industrialization development and application.
