摘要 提出用表面紫外交联的方法来提高热塑性淀粉塑料(TPS)的力学和耐水性能。首先,将淀粉直接和甘油混合,通过挤出注塑工艺制备了TPS,再将溶于乙醇的光引发剂(XBPO)[苯基双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦]涂覆在TPS表面并进行紫外交联,测定了样条的力学性能和表面接触角的变化,研究了不同紫外光照射时间对TPS性能的影响。结果表明,当紫外光照射时间达到15 min时,TPS的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度均达到最高,分别为4.01 MPa、12.5 MPa、312.92 k J/m^2;表面接触角由42.3°增加到95.77°,耐水性改善十分显著。 UV-crosslinking method was used to enhance the properties of thermoplastic starch plastics (TPS). Firstly the starch and glycerol were mixed directly followed by extrusion molding process to prepare TPS. Then the photoinitiator of phenylbis (2, 4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide (XBPO) -ethanol solution was coated on the surface of TPS for UV cross-linking. The mechanical properties and water contact angle and change of surface structure of spline were determinate, and the effects of UV irradiation dose on the surface photo crosslinking reaction were investigated. The results indicate that when irradiation time reaches 15 min, the tensile properties and bending and impact properties of TPS all reach the maximum, which were 4. 01 MPa, 12.5 MPa, 312. 92 kJ/m2, respectively. The surface contact angle increases from 42.3° to 95.77°, proving that the water resistance property ars remarkably improved.
