摘要
为快速准确地检测出带钢表面缺陷,对带钢表面缺陷自动检测控制系统进行分析,提出并设计了基于PLC的三轴十字滑台带钢检测系统方案。确定了系统硬件十字滑台的结构尺寸,完成了系统装配,机械部件计算、选型,PLC软件编程,等;利用有限元软件对结构检测系统进行力学计算和仿真分析。结果表明,此设计可为企业节约生产成本及劳动力,该系统具有可控可操作性,符合实际工程实验环境要求,具有重大的工程实际意义和经济效益,应用前景广阔。
In order to detect the strip surface defect quickly and accurately,the automatic inspection control system of steel strip surface defect is analyzed. A schem steel strip surface defect detection system for triaxial cross slide based on PLC is proposed and designed. The structure size of cross slide table of the system is determined. The system assembly,the calculation of mechanical components,the type selection and the programming of PLC software are completed. The mechanical calculation and simulation analysis of the structure detection system are carried out by using the finite element software. The experimental results show that this design saves the production cost and labor force for the enterprise.The system is controllable and operational,and conforms to the requirements of the actual engineering experiment environment. It has great practical significance and economic benefits,and has broad application prospects.
