液压盘式制动器制动泵性能仿真与试验台架检测

摘要 为检测摩托车制动泵性能,以液压盘式制动器制动泵活塞无效行程为研究对象,分析了节流口质量流量特性方程和有限容积气容的绝热放气能量方程,基于Matlab/Simulink搭建了气缸排气运动过程仿真模型,并结合VC++设计的摩托车制动泵性能检测系统,利用"压力突变点"计算活塞无效行程。对比分析了试验台架测试数据与仿真结果,结果表明,测试结果与仿真结果基本一致,测试数据准确,检测系统各部分性能稳定,在摩托车配件厂有较高的应用价值。 In order to test the performance of motorcycle brake pump,and ensure the safety of the driver,piston ineffective stroke of the hydraulic disc brake pump is invalid as the research object,and the mass flow characteristic equation of the throttle and the adiabatic gas energy equation of the finite volume gas volume are analyzed. Based on Matlab/Simulink,the simulation model of cylinder exhaust motion process is built. Combined with the performance testing system of motorcycle brake pump designed by VC++,the "pressure catastrophe point" is used to calculate the piston ineffective stroke. The test data of the test bench are compared with the simulation results. The results show that test data is basically consistent with simulation results,and the performance of each part of the detection system is stable. It has higher application value in the motorcycle parts factory.
