摘要
地基沉降是导致储油罐应力和变形过大的主要原因,大型储油罐作为石化行业重要的存储设备,其安全问题不容忽视。首先简要分析了国内外大型储油罐发展现状,总结了地基沉降的类型及危害;然后较为详细地对沉降储罐的理论研究和数值研究进行了梳理,并对比了美国、欧洲、我国的沉降控制标准;最后指出,大型储罐沉降研究目前主要以理论推导和有限元数值模拟为主,对储罐的载荷、边界条件和结构进行了一定的简化,模型过于理想化,存在较大局限性;在有限元模拟中,大多数研究中将加强圈、抗风圈进行等效刚度处理的做法是不合理的,与实际相差较大。
Foundation settlement tends to cause excess stress and deformation in oil tank. This study analyzes the present developing status of large-scale oil storage tanks at home and abroad, summarizes the main types of foundation settlement and corresponding damages. In addition, theoretical and numerical research on foundation settlement of oil tank is reviewed. The settlement control standards of America, Europe and China are compared. It is pointed out that present researches on large-scale oil storage tank foundation settlement focus mainly on the aspects of theory and numerical simulation; The loads, boundary conditions and structures of tanks are simplified to a certain extent, the models are too idealistic and have limitations, In most FEM simulations, the equivalent stiffnesses of reinforcing ring and wind gird are treated unreasonably and have more discrepancy with real situation.
