摘要
水下泥线悬挂器是海洋油气开发中的关键装备之一,长期以来其进口装备占据我国市场且价格高昂。为了进一步降低东海边际小构造油气田开发成本,实现勘探、开发一体化,东海油气田开展了水下泥线悬挂器等装置国产化研究,对国产水下泥线悬挂器结构设计、悬挂载荷校核、加工材料的选择、防腐方案设计等关键问题进行了阐述,同时对现场应用中的装置出泥高度确定、安装操作和出现的问题做了分析,最终成功实现国产水下泥线悬挂器装置的应用。
Underwater mudline hanger is one of the key equipment in offshore oil and gas development, but the imported equipment has occupied China's market for long time and the price is high. In order to further reduce the cost of marginal oil and gas field development in the East China Sea and realize integral exploration and development, the research on domes- tically produced underwater mudline hangers is carried out. In this paper, the key problems are described in aspects of the structural design, load check, selection of processing materials, anti-corrosion scheme design of the underwater mudline hanger. At the same time, the determination of the hanger height above mud, the installation and operation and the existing problems in field application are analyzed. Finally, the application of the domestic underwater mudline hanger is successfully realized.
