摘要 新疆乌鲁木齐石化公司150万t/a重催装置中沉降器结焦量过大,影响装置正常生产。为解决此问题,采用中国石油工程建设有限公司华东设计院研制的沉降器新型VQS工艺技术,并将沉降器内件全部更换,为此制订了一套行之有效的改造技术措施。对主要改造内容、拆除流程、安装流程、大型吊车选用以及施工重点项控制等几个方面做了具体介绍。改造完成后,沉降器结焦现象明显减轻,并降低了蒸汽需求量和能耗。经实践证明,此改造技术切实可行,可推广到以后类似的工程中。 The coke content in the settler of 1.5 million t/a RFCC unit in Xinjiang Urumqi Petrochemical Company is exces- sive, which affects normal production. To solve this problem, the new settler VQS process developed by Huadong Design Institute is adopted and all internal parts of the settler are replaced. For this purpose, a set of effective measures are taken. The modification techniques are illustrated in aspects of main modification contents, dismantling procedure, installation procedure, selection of heavy crane and key construction item control. After the modification, the coke content in the settler is obviously reduced, the steam quantity needed and energy consumption are also reduced. It is proved by practice that this method is feasible and can be extended to use in similar projects in future.
