管道内检测效能指标体系研究

Study on index system of internal inspection efficiency of pipeline

针对管道内检测成本、检测结果验证、检测效果评价,以及如何使用检测结果等问题,开展了管道内检测的专项效能评价研究。将管道内检测效能指标评价分为前端效能评价和后端效果直接评价,并构建相应的评价体系。最后,指出内检测效能评价体系的建设仍需不断地积累经验,完善相关的统计数据;效能评价应基于现阶段管道的具体情况分阶段实施。

Aiming at the problems including pipeline internal inspection cost, verification and evaluation of inspection results as well as how to apply inspection results, the special efficiency evaluation of pipeline internal inspection is carried out. The evaluation on indexes of internal inspection efficiency of pipeline is divided into the front end efficiency evaluation and the direct evaluation of back end effectiveness, and the corresponding evaluation system is constructed. Finally, it is pointed out that the construction of internal inspection efficiency evaluation system still needs to accumulate experience and improve relevant statistical data; The effectiveness evaluation should be implemented at different stages based on the specific situation of pipeline at the present stage.
