Chemical Constituents from Periplaneta americana

目的对美洲大蠊(Periplaneta americana)虫体体积分数95%乙醇提取物进行化学成分的分离和鉴定。方法采用硅胶柱色谱,凝胶柱色谱,开放ODS柱色谱和半制备高效液相色谱等分离手段,对乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,并利用核磁共振、质谱等现代波谱技术对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果分离并鉴定出14个化合物,分别为水杨酸(1),苯甲酸(2),苯乙酸(3),对羟基苯乙酸甲酯(4),对羟基苯甲酸(5),染料木素(6),间羟基苯甲酸(7),2-羟基马尿酸甲酯(8),2,5-二羟基苯甲酸(9),2-羟基马尿酸(10),尿嘧啶(11),环(缬氨酸-丙氨酸)二肽(12),N-乙酰多巴胺(13)和环(L-脯氨酸-L-酪氨酸)二肽(14)。结论化合物2,4,7~10,12和14为首次从大蠊属昆虫中分离得到。

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from Periplaneta americana. METHODS The 95% enthanol ex- tract was isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH -20, ODS and semi-PHPLC. All compounds were identified by chemical and spectral analyses. RESULTS Fourteen compounds were isolated and purified from Periplaneta ameri- cana. Their structures were elucidated as salicylic acid （ 1 ）, benzoic acid （2）, phenylacetic acid （3） , methyl 4-hydroxyphenylacetate （ 4 ）, p-hydroxybenzoic acid （ 5 ）, genistein （ 6 ）, 3-hydroxybenzoic acid （ 7 ）, methyl N- （ 2-hydroxybenzoyl ） glycinate （ 8 ）, 2,5-di- hydroxybenzoic acid （9）, （2-hydroxybenzoyl） glycine （10）, uracil （ 11）, cyclo（Val-Ala） （12）, N-acetyldopamine （ 13）, and cy- clo（L-Pro-L-Tyr） （14）, respectively. CONCLUSION Compounds 2, 4, 7 - 10, 12 and 14 are obtained from this genus for the first time.
