摘要 高速公路路线的确定是高速公路总体设计的基础和关键。为提高山区高速公路路线方案评选结果的客观性、科学性,统筹考虑山区高速公路选线具有受模糊性指标影响及单一赋权法具有缺陷的特点,提出一种基于组合赋权法和模糊综合评判法的山区高速公路路线优选方法。以主、客观赋权法进行有效结合的组合赋权法确定指标权重,克服单一赋权法的缺陷,达到使指标权重更有效、合理的目的;运用模糊综合评判法对路线方案进行二级模糊综合评判,以确定最佳的路线方案。最后,以普洱市某山区高速公路的路线优选为实例对该方法进行验证,结果表明该方法在山区高速公路选线中具有工程上的可行性和有效性。 The mountainous expressway route selection is the basis and key ot overati expressway design. In order to improve the objectivity and scientificity of mountainous expressway route selection, a route optimization selection method for mountainous expressway is presented based on combination weighting method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE) and taking full considerations of the features that mountainous expressway route is influenced by fuzzy indexes and the defects of single weighting method. The combined weighting method is used to determine the index weight, which incorporates the subjective and objective weighting methods and can overcome the defects of single weighting method and make the index weight more effective and reasonable~ the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to evaluate the route schemes synthetically and determine the optimal route scheme. The mountainous expressway in Puer is taken as an example to verify this method,and the results prove that the method has the feasibility and effectiveness in the selection of mountainous expressway route schemes.
