不同工质热管对沥青路面降温效果及机理的研究 被引量:8

摘要 通过室内模拟试验对埋置不同工质(丙酮、甲醇、乙醇、甲苯和水)热管的沥青混合料车辙试件进行降温,研究了不同工质热管对沥青混合料车辙试件降温效果的影响。并运用MATLAB软件模拟沥青混合料车辙试件内部的等温线,建立温度分析模型,结合温度梯度的变化分析不同工质热管对沥青路面的降温机理。结果表明:丙酮热管的降温效果最优,乙醇和水次之,甲醇和甲苯降温效果一般,但均优于无工质热管。不同工质热管对沥青混合料降温效果的差异,可归因于不同工质对沥青混合料焓变影响的不同。 The indoor cooling tests of the asphalt mixture rutting specimens with different working fluids(acetone, methanol, ethanol, toluene and water)are carried out to study the effect of heat pipes with different working fluids on the cooling effect of asphalt mixture rutting specimens. The temperature analysis model of the asphalt mixture rutting specimen is simulated by the MATLAB software. The temperature analysis model is established, and the cooling mechanism of heat pipes with different working fluids on asphalt pavement is analyzed according to the change of temperature gradient. The results showthat the cooling effect of heat pipe with acetone is the best, then are the heat pipes with ethanol and water, and the cooling effect of heat pipes with methanol and toluene is poor. However, the cooling effect of all the above heat pipes is better than that of heat pipe without working fluids. This can he attributed to the effects of different working fluids on the enthalpy change of the asphalt mixture.
