摘要
广州增城沙庄~花都北兴公路二期工程,既有燃气管道斜交并下穿待建高速公路高填方路基,拟采用拱涵保护结构。文中利用有限元软件ABAQUS数值模拟,基于摩尔库伦本构模型,以管道底部土层应力状态和拱体内力作为控制指标,研究了高填方路基下穿管道的拱涵结构工程的影响因素。结果表明,增加拱的厚度、增大基坑开挖深度,减小拱的跨度及净高,可以有效提高工程保护效果。提出了拱的厚度0.5m、跨度3.5m、净高1.0m,基坑开挖深度5.0m的方案,结合柔性填料的减载方法,有效地保护了管道及原箱涵的安全。
For the Phase Two Project of the Shazhuang of Zengcheng to Beixing of Huadu Highway in Guangzhou,the existing gas pipelines skew with and under pass the high-fill embankment of a proposed expressway,as such the arch culvert protection structure is proposed to be used. In this paper based on Mole-Coulomp constitutive model and through numerical simulations by finite element software ABAQUS, the stress state of soil under the pipe and the internal force of arch being the control index,the influencing factors of the protective effect of arch culvert structure engineering in pipeline under high embankment are studied. The results show that increase the thickness of the arch and the excavation depth, and decrease the arch's span and height can effectively improve the protection effect. And the protection scheme is proposed to effectively protect the safety of pipeline and exiting box culvert combining with the load reduction method of flexible packing,which is with 0.5m arch thickness,3.5m span length,1.0m net height is 1.0m and 5.0m excavation depth.
