摘要
黏层的层间结合能力决定着沥青路面的受力状态与使用寿命。基于非线性层间剪应力分布模型,提出以层间黏结系数KG评价其层间结合能力的方法。采用直剪试验,测试常温下黏层的KG;基于层状弹性体系理论,分析KG对沥青层的层底拉应力与路表理论弯沉的影响规律,证明黏层性能是决定沥青层受力状态与寿命的首要因素,而封层或透层性能是决定路面弯沉的首要因素。所提出的层间黏结系数可作为黏层材料与工艺选择的技术指标,从而实现材料试验测试与力学计算的统一、推动路面设计理论的发展,相应的力学分析可供工程设计参考。
Tack coat interlayer adhesion performance is related to the stress of th which affects the bearing capacity and service life of asphalt pavement. Based on nonli e asphalt pavement, near interlayer shear stress distribution model, adhesive coefficient (KG)is considered as assessment indicator to test the adhesion capacity between layers. The KG of tack coat is tested under room temperature through the direct shearing experiment. According to layered elastic system theory, the influence regulations of KG on bottom layer tensile stress of asphalt layer and the theoretical deflection of pavement surface is analyzed. It is proved that tack coat performance is the major factor determining the stress of the asphalt layer and the road service life, while seal coat or prime coat performance is related to the pavement deflection. The adhesive coefficient can be a technical index to choose adhesive layer material and process, which can not only realize integration of material test and mechanical calculation, but also promote the development of pavement design theory. In addition, relevant mechanical analysis can provide reference for engineering design.
