摘要 腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)在维持体内能量平衡中起重要作用,调控一系列代谢通路,包括脂肪酸氧化分解、脂肪酸合成、糖酵解和糖异生。当机体受到外源性应激引起能量失衡或能量供应不足时,AMPK被激活。AMPK的活性变化在调节下丘脑摄食过程中起重要作用。AMPK活性降低会引起采食行为降低,反之,采食行为增加。应激反应的激发主要依赖于交感神经系统和下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴的激活。糖皮质激素作为HPA轴中重要的末端调节因子,控制机体的动态平衡,引起机体对应激的应答反应。文章阐述了在应激影响家禽食欲和能量代谢过程中AMPK及其信号通路的重要作用。 Adenosine monophosphate activated protein kinase (AMPK) plays vital roles in the maintenance of body energy balance by a series of metabolism pathways, including fatty acid oxidation and synthesis, glycolysis and gluconeogenesis. In stressed conditions, AMPK will be activated with the deficiency of energy or energy imbalance. The change of central AMPK activity alters the feed intake behavior of broilers. Central decreased AMPK reduces appetite. The activation of stress depends on the activation of hypothalamie-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis. Glueocorticoid is the final signal of HPA axis, which is involved in the regulation of dynamic equilibrium and the responses to stress in body. The review was focused on the effect of stress on appetite and energy metabolism in poultry and the possible roles of AMPK were also be included.
