采用文献资料法等对日本老年人体育政策及其推进策略进行研究。日本老年人体育政策主要推进策略是:建设综合性社区体育俱乐部;建立广域体育中心;鼓励社会资源参与老年人体育事业;培育专业老年人体育指导人员;强化体医融合体系。对我国的启示:优化老年人体育政策组织架构与功能;建设综合性社区体育俱乐部;引入社会资源和力量;强化人力资源作用;建立老年人安全运动的医疗服务网络。

By the methods of literature review and so on to study sports policy for the elderly and its propelling strategy in Japan. The main strategy： construct comprehensive community sports clubs; establish wide-area sports center; encourage social resources to participate in the elderly sports undertakings; cultivate professional guidance personnel for the elderly sports; strengthen the fusion system between sports and medicine. Enlightenment to China： optimize the organization structure and function of sports policy for the elderly; construct comprehensive community sports clubs; introduce social resources and power; strengthen human resources; establish medical treatment service network for safety sports of the elderly.
