摘要 益生菌在水产养殖中的应用得到了广泛的关注,成为目前研究的热点。工厂化水产养殖中的益生菌,因具有抑制有害菌的生长,提高水生生物的免疫力,增加水产养殖的产量以及调节水质的作用,应用效果显著。鉴于此,本文系统地梳理了不同种类益生菌在不同养殖水生动物中的应用,从分子水平上分析了益生菌体外水体净化机制和体内肠道改善机制,探讨了益生菌在工厂化水产养殖中的应用前景,旨在为快速发展的益生菌产业和可持续水产养殖业提供理论支撑和技术依据。 The application of probiotics in aquaculture has received widespread attention and has be- come the hotspot of current research. Probiotics used in industrialized aquaculture are observed the sig- nificant effects according to their ability to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, enhance the immuni- ty of aquatic organisms, increase aquaculture yield and regulate water quality. In view of this, the pre- sentreview systematically presents the use of different type probiotics in various aquatic animals. The purification mechanism of probiotics in vitro and the improvement mechanism of intestinal in vivo are discussed with the molecular level. In addition, the application future of probiotics in recirculating aquaculture is also discussed. The present review is to provide theoretical support and technical basis for the rapid development of probiotic industry and sustainable aquaculture.
