GC-MS内标法测定石油苯中的痕量噻吩

Determination of trace thiophene content in petroleum benzene by GC-MS internal standard method

建立了气相色谱-质谱联用法测定石油苯中痕量噻吩的分析方法,以异丁醇为内标物,采用DBWAX色谱柱进行分离,内标法定量。实验结果表明,方法在0.05~2.0mg·kg^(-1)范围内呈现良好线性,相关系数为0.9999,相对标准偏差不大于1.1%(n=6),回收率94.4%~105.4%,方法准确度高、检出限低、分离效果好、易于操作。

The method for determination of trace thiophene content in petroleum by GC-MS, using isobutanol as internal standard.After being separated by column DB-WAX , Thiophene was determined by MS detector and internal standard method. The results showed that there was a good liner relation between 0.05mg·kg-1 and 2.0mg·kg-1, correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The RSD was less than l.1%（n=6）.The recoveries were in the range of 94.4%~ 102.7%. This method was accurate, reliable ,low detection limit and easy.
