双水相CPAM乳液对造纸废水絮凝性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)是一种性能优良的絮凝剂,在造纸业中应用广泛。本文以聚乙二醇20000(PEG20000)为分散稳定剂、过硫酸铵/亚硫酸氢钠(APS/SB)为引发体系,将丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)在硫酸铵(AS)水溶液中进行分散聚合得到了双水相CPAM乳液。考察了影响造纸废水絮凝性能的参数,并用乌氏粘度计、红外光谱仪等对产品进行了表征。结果表明:合成的CPAM乳液絮凝性能良好,且絮凝效果主要受CPAM用量、p H值及温度等因素影响。 As an important flocculant, cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) is extensively used in paper industry. In this paper, aqueous two-phase CPAM emulsion was made of acrylamide (AM) and methacrylatoethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) by dispersion polymerization in ammonium sulfate (AS) solution,using polyethylene glycol 20000 (PEG20000) as dispersing stabilizer and ammonium persulfate-sodium bisulfate (APS/SB) as initia- tor. The influences of the factors on floeculability of CPAM for papetmaking wastewater were studied. The results show that the CPAM has better flocculating performance.The flocculation effect was mainly affected by the dosage of CPAM, pH and temperature.
