摘要
甲醇原料丰富,生产成本低,目前被认为是一种有前景的清洁替代燃料。本文利用甲醇/柴油共置燃烧系统进行台架试验和行车试验,结果得出,与原柴油机相比,甲醇/柴油共置燃烧系统发动机的折合油耗、排气温度均低于原柴油机;甲醇对柴油的替代率45%,替换比1,2,取得了良好的经济性。
The methanol rich in raw materials, low production costs, is currently considered a promising clean alternative fuels, In this paper, through the bench test and driving test of the methanol/diesel co-combustion sys- tem, the results show that compared with the original diesel, the equivalent fuel consumption and exhaust temper- ature of the methanol/diesel co-combustion system were lower than that of the original diesel; the replacement rate is 45%, the replacement ratio is 1,2, that achieved good economy.
