夹脊电针对腰椎间盘退行性病变兔模型椎间盘髓核蛋白聚糖表达的影响 被引量:10

Effect of Electroacupuncture at Jiaji Points(EX-B2)on Nucleus Proteoglycan Expression In Rabbits Model with Lumbar Disc Degeneration

摘要 目的观察夹脊电针对腰椎间盘退行性病变(LDD)兔模型腰椎间盘髓核蛋白聚糖表达的影响。方法 40只新西兰兔随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和治疗组,组内分为28d、56d两个取材时间点作为亚组,每个亚组5只。轴向压力诱导LDD后行L4、L5夹脊穴电针干预28d,各组于28d、56d取椎间盘组织,Western Blot法检测二聚糖(BGN)及核心蛋白多糖(DCN)蛋白表达。结果与正常组同期比较,假手术组各时间点BGN及DCN蛋白表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);模型组28d、56dBGN及DCN蛋白表达降低(P<0.05)。与模型组同期比较,电针组56dBGN及DCN蛋白表达升高(P<0.05)。结论夹脊电针可以通过上调退变椎间盘髓核组织中蛋白聚糖的表达防治LDD。 Objective To study the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) at J iaji points (EX-B2) on the nucleus proteoglycan in rabbits model with lumbar disc degeneration (LDD). Methods Totally 40 rabbits were randomly divided into the control, sham, model and EA group. Each group was divided into 2 subgroups (n =5). A loading device was used to induce the LDD model. EA intervention was applied for 28 days. Then tissues were harvested for Western Blot to detect the protein expression of biglycan (BGN) and decorin(DCN) at day 28 and 56. Results No significant change was found between the control and sham groups at any time point for the protein expression of BGN and DCN. Compared with the control group, protein expression of BGN and DCN were apparently decreased in the model group at day 28 and 56 (P 〈0.05). In EA group, protein expression of BGN and DCN were apparently higher than those in the model group at day 56 (P 〈0.05). Conclusion EA at Jiaji points can up-regulate the nucleus proteogly- can which may explain the effectiveness of the EA intervention on LDD.
