关节假体置换选择在四肢骨折治疗中的应用分析

Application of Joint Prosthetic Replacement in the Treatment of Fractures of the Limbs

目的:探讨关节假体置换选择在四肢骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年7月-2017年5月笔者所在医院收治的104例四肢骨折患者为研究对象,根据不同手术治疗方法分为常规组和观察组,每组52例,常规组实施髋螺钉内固定术治疗,观察组实施关节假体置换手术。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为98.08%,高于常规组的78.85%,观察组不良反应发生率为9.62%,低于常规组的11.54%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组JOA髋关节功能评分高于常规组,观察组关节疼痛程度得分明显低于常规组,疼痛缓解更明显,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对四肢骨折患者采用关节假体置换术,治疗效果确切,是较为理想的关节成形术,能保留关节的功能,还可降低术后疼痛程度,提高预后效果,改善患者的生存质量,值得推广。

Objective： To discuss the effect of joint prosthesis replacement in the treatment of limbs fractures.Method： From July 2016 to May 2017, 104 patients with limbs fractures admitted in our hospital were selected as the object, and were divided into conventional group and observation group according to different surgical treatment methods, each group of 52 cases .The conventional group was treated with internal fixation of hip screw fixation, the observation group underwent joint prosthesis replacement.Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.08%, higher than 78.85% of the conventional group, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.62%, lower than 11.54% of the conventional group, with significant differences（P〈0.05）.After treatment, the JOA hip joint function score of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group, the score of joint pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group, and the pain relief was more obvious, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： The use of joint prosthesis replacement for patients with fractures of the extremities is an ideal arthroplasty technique that can retain the function of the joint, reduce the degree of postoperative pain, improve the prognosis and improve the quality of life of the patients, which is worth popularizing.
