摘要
衍射光学是光学的重要内容,对衍射光学的研究一直是光学工作者的研究热点。衍射实验对实验仪器和实验环境要求很高,这对从事光学设计相关工作的人员来说存在一定的困难。Virtual Lab软件是一款物理光学数值分析软件,在波动光学仿真领域应用前景广阔。本文以衍射光学的基础内容为例,模拟了单缝衍射、圆屏衍射的图样,给出了泊松亮斑的模拟图,验证了菲涅尔半波带理论,讨论了缝宽对衍射图样的影响,同时模拟了规则光栅衍射条纹,最后模拟讨论了夫琅禾费衍射下的光学仪器分辨率问题,验证了瑞利判据。
Diffraction is an important part of optics,but its experiments are hard to expand because of the high experimental demands,thus soft simulation can be used to help solve this problem. Virtual Lab is a kind of digital analysis software of physical optics which has wildly prospective in wave optics simulation field. In this paper,single slit diffraction and circular screen diffraction patterns,as well as Poisson bright spot simulation diagram are shown; the Fresnel half wave band theory is verified and phenomenon of optical resolution is discussed; The influences of slit width on the diffraction phenomenon are discussed,and at last grating diffraction and Reyleigh rule are also discussed here.
