摘要
以外掺花岗岩石粉的方式,研究机制砂引入的石粉对胶凝材料浆体氯离子结合性能的影响规律,对比研究矿物掺合料(粉煤灰、矿渣粉分别单掺、复掺取代一定量水泥)对浆体氯离子结合性能的影响.通过改变石粉掺量以及矿物掺和料的掺量,研究掺量对浆体氯离子结合性能的影响.结果表明,对于纯水泥胶浆或者复掺粉煤灰和矿粉的胶浆,掺入一定量的花岗岩石粉后,胶浆的氯离子结合总量、化学结合量和物理吸附量均高于未掺石粉的基准样,且复掺粉煤灰和矿渣粉的胶凝材料浆体的氯离子结合性能优于纯水泥浆体.单掺入30%~50%的粉煤灰或矿渣粉均能改善胶浆的氯离子结合性能,且矿渣粉对胶浆氯离子结合性能的改善作用优于粉煤灰.
The influence law of granite micro fines introduced by manufactured sand,single or composite additive of fly ash and slag powder towards binding capability of cementitious material paste with chloride ion is studied by adding granite micro fines.The effect of chlorine ion of paste by adding different admixture amounts granite micro fines and mineral admixture is researched.The results show that adding some granite micro fines have increased the total amount of binding chloride ion and amount of chemical and physical binding chloride ion.And cementitious material paste with composite additive of fly ash and slag powder had superior capacity to pure cement paste.Binding capability of cementitious material paste with chloride ion can be improved by adding fly ash or 30%to 50% with proportion from 30%to 50%;and as compared with fly ash,the slag power has more positive effects.
