互联网时代下“丝绸之路经济带”金融合作新路径

党的十九大报告指出:"要以‘一带一路’建设为重点,坚持引进来和走出去并重,遵循共商共建共享原则,加强创新能力开放合作。"目前,"丝绸之路经济带"金融合作正在为合作共赢融通更多商机。同时,互联网技术因其具有汇集社会资本、削减贸易成本、降低信息不对称等优势,为"丝绸之路经济带"金融合作提供了新的技术支撑。本文利用SWOT模型,对互联网时代下"丝绸之路经济带"金融合作的优势、劣势、机会及挑战进行了分析,并据此提出利用互联网重构"丝绸之路经济带"金融合作模式的新举措:建设第三方支付和跨境电子贸易服务平台;建立区域数据互联网共享中心;推动互联网金融创新;建立区域互联网金融监管体系和推动网络文化交流等。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC pointed out： ＂We should focus on the construction of the Belt and Road, insist to bring in and go global, follow the principle of co-construction and sharing, and strengthen the ability of openness and cooperation in innovation capacity.＂ At present, financial cooperation in Silk Road Economic Belt is making more business opportunities for win-win cooperation. And the Internet technology provides new support for the financial cooperation of the Silk Road Economic Belt, based on the advantages such as collecting social capital, cutting down trade costs and reducing information asymmetry. This article analyzes the present situation of the Silk Road Economic Belt financial cooperation by SWOT. Hereby, the article puts forward some new strategies to reconstruct the financial cooperation pattern, such as constructing the third party payment and cross-border e-commerce platform, establishing an Internet center for sharing regional data, promoting Internet financial innovation, establishing an Internet f＇mancial regulatory system, and promoting online cultural exchanges.
