高耗能企业技术创新与节能减排系统耦合度分析 被引量:7

摘要 新时代下加强技术创新与节能减排是促进我国高耗能企业实现转型升级的重要工作,二者之间相互影响,应实现耦合乃至协同发展。本文构建了高耗能企业技术创新和节能减排系统评价指标体系、双向关联度和耦合度评价模型,以2006-2015年间宝钢公司发布的数据为例,对技术创新与节能减排系统间耦合影响展开实证分析,得出如下结论 :技术创新系统与节能减排系统的交互作用已基本达到良性耦合的程度,但强度不高、不均衡、有短板;技术创新对节能减排的影响大于节能减排对技术创新的反作用。最后,提出了完善企业技术创新体系、推进技术创新与节能减排协同发展、提高绿色创新和制造能力的对策建议。 Under the new age, technology innovation (TI) and energy saving & emission reduction (ESER) are the important ways to achieve the transformation and upgrading for an energy-intensive enterprise (EIE) in China, which are mutually interactive. It is necessary to realize the coordinated development between TI & ESER systems. To identify and evaluate objectively the factors and coupling degrees between the two systems, this paper builds an evaluation index system, and the bidirectional correlation degree and coupling degree evaluation model of TI & ESER systems in an El enterprise. Through an empirical study on the coupling effect of TI & ESER compound system in Baoshan Steel Corp from 2006 to 2015, the results showed that, the evolution of TI & ESER systems had reached the degree of good coupling, but the intensity was low and unbalanced and there was a short board, and the impact of TI on ESER was greater than that of ESER on TI. Some suggestions are proposed on improving the technological innovation system of an enterprise, promoting the coordinated development between TI & ESER, and improving the abilities of green innovation and manufacturing.
