摘要
区域多机场发展模式是全球范围内普遍存在的机场发展模式。多机场模式下各机场周边的临空经济区,由于空间距离较近,所属腹地市场相互重叠,因此,在确定功能定位、主导产业布局方面存在一定混乱。本文通过研究上海、东京、纽约、新加坡等国内外区域多机场模式下不同临空经济区之间的差异化发展案例,证明了一座城市的多个临空经济区是能够做到良性互动、共同发展的,但需要在发展过程中根据临空经济区依托机场定位以及所在区域的基础情况,有侧重点地选择临空产业,有意识地进行错位发展。在此基础上,对首都北京"一市两场"模式下顺义临空经济区、新机场临空经济区的发展定位及产业规划提出了相关建议。
Regional muhi-airport development mode is a worldwide common development pattern of airports. As the airport economic zones under the regional multi-airport system are very close, and their hinterland markets are overlapped, there are some difficulties in determining the function orientation and planning the leading industries of different airport economic zones. By studying the different development cases of different air-front economic zones under the multi-airport model of Shanghai, Tokyo, New York, Singapore and other domestic and foreign regions, it has proved that many air-front economic zones of a city can achieve positive interaction and common development, and however, in the process of development, according to the airport positioning and the basic situation of the region, we should choose the air-front industry with emphasis, and carry on the dislocation development consciously. Based on this conclusion, the related suggestions of development orientation and industry planning are put forward for Shunyi airport economic zone and the new airport economic zone under the capital Beijing multi-airport mode.
