用新发展理念引领郑州建设国家中心城市的战略设计

新发展理念是经济新常态下我国经济社会发展的重要指导思想。国家支持郑州建设国家中心城市,是党中央、国务院从全国区域协调发展的角度作出的重要决策,要用新发展理念引领郑州建设国家中心城市。本文结合郑州经济社会发展的阶段性特征,坚持问题导向,从创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展、共享发展五个维度明确了郑州建设国家中心城市战略设计的方向、重点和对策建议,并把郑州建设国家中心城市的规划期限与"两个百年目标"相衔接,提出了把郑州建成和谐宜居、富有活力、文脉传承、环境友好的全球性的现代化城市的目标任务,具有重要的指导意义和实践意义。

The new development philosophy is the primary guiding doctrine in China＇s new economic norm. Supporting Zhengzhou＇s path to National Central City has been a crucial policy in the process of national coordinated regional development. It emphasizes on building a National Central City that represents the new development philosophy. This paper proposed practical strategies of innovative, coordinated, green, open, and shared development to achieve such goal, and connected such strategies with the ＂two-century development goal＂. The joint venture strengthens Zhengzhou＇s path towards a global modem city with harmonious and vibrant living, cultural inheritance, and environmental sustainability agendas, and possesses unique theoretical and practical significance.
