内镜联合体外震波碎石治疗胰管结石的临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 我国胰管结石的发病率约为1％，近年来呈上升趋势。由于胰管结石本身较为坚硬，且多与胰管壁嵌顿粘连，导致单纯ERCP下取出胰管结石成功率较低。体外震波碎石（ESWL）已广泛应用于泌尿系统结石的治疗中，疗效肯定，故不断有学者将其应用于胰管结石的治疗中。
