住院精神分裂症患者攻击行为与人格特征的关系

The relationship between aggressive behavior and personality characteristics in schizophrenic inpatients

目的:探讨住院精神分裂症患者攻击行为与人格特征的关系。方法:根据病史及外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)加权总分≥5分为界将95例处于急性发作期的住院精神分裂症患者分为攻击组(50例)和非攻击组(45例);给予两组患者阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、三维人格问卷(TPQ)评估,分析患者的攻击行为与人格特征的关系。结果:MOAS总分与PANSS总分、阳性症状评分、一般精神病理评分以及TPQ中的预期忧虑和悲观主义(HA1)评分呈正相关(P<0.05),与多愁善感(RD1)评分存在负相关(P<0.05);自身攻击评分与PANSS总分及一般精神病理评分呈正相关(P均<0.01),体力攻击与RD1评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:伴攻击行为的住院精神分裂症患者具有预期忧虑和悲观主义的人格特征。

Objective： To explore the relationship between aggressive behavior and personality characteristics in schizophrenic inpatients. Method： According to the medical history and weighted total score of modified overt aggression scale（ MOAS） ≥5 as a cut-line,95 acute attack schizophrenic inpatients were divided into aggressive group（ 50 csaes） and non-aggressive group（ 45 cases）; and they were assessed by positive and negative syndrome scale（ PANSS） and tridimensional personality questionnaire（ TPQ）. The relationship between aggressive behavior and personality characteristics was analyzed. Results： Weighted total scores of MOAS were positively correlated with PANSS total scores,positive symptoms scores,general psychopathology scores,anticipatory worry（ HA1） scores（ P〈0. 05）,and negatively correlated with sentimentality（ RD1） scores（ P〈0. 05）. Auto-aggression was positively correlated with total scores of PANSS and general psychopathology scores（ all P〈0. 01）. Physical aggression was negatively correlated with RD1（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The schizophrenic inpatients with aggressive behavior have anticipatory worry personality characteristics.
