中医治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical observation on Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨和分析中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法随机选取2016年5月—2017年5月在我院住院部治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例作为研究对象,其中采取中医骨伤手法治疗的患者50例为一般组,采取中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗的患者50例为对照组,观察分析两组患者疼痛缓解状态、消失时间和临床治疗效果。结果一般组的临床总有效率为84%,对照组的临床总有效率为96%,两组结果对比,一般组低于对照组,差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于腰椎间盘突出症患者来说中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减比单独使用中医骨伤手法的临床效果更为有效,利于病情恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of TCM traumatology manipulation methods combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 100 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly selected as the research objects. Among them,50 cases were treated by traditional Chinese medicine traumatology manipulation as the general group. 50 cases were treated by TCM traumatology methods combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction as the control group. The pain relief,disappearance time and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results The total clinical effect of the general group was 84%,and the total clinical effect of the control group was 96%. The result of the general group was lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion For patients with lumbar disc herniation,TCM traumatology methods combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction is better than the TCM traumatology methods on clinical effect,is more effective for the recovery of the disease,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
