中医外治法治疗糖尿病足溃疡146例临床观察

Clinical Observation on External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Diabetic Foot Ulcer for 146 Cases

目的分析探讨中医外治法治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法对我院2014年3月—2016年12月收治的292例糖尿病足溃疡患者进行治疗,随机分为对照组和观察组,各146例。其中对照组实施临床常规内科治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予中医外治法治疗,对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率为95.21(139/146),对照组患者的总有效率为88.36(129/146),两组相比差异显著(χ2=4.98,P<0.05)。结论中医外治方法治疗糖尿病足溃疡患者效果显著,可改善患者症状,促进糖尿病足溃疡的愈合,有效缩短患者病程,减轻患者痛苦,具有一定临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating diabetic foot ulcer.Methods 292 cases of diabetic foot ulcer patients in our hospital from March 2014 to December 2016 were treated,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 146 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine medical treatment. The patients in the observation group were treated with external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group and the control group was 95. 21%（ 139/146） and 88. 36%（ 129/146） respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups（ χ2=4. 98,P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion External therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating diabetic foot ulcer has significant effect,can improve symptoms,promote diabetic foot ulcer healing,effectively shorten the course of patients to reduce pain,and has a certain clinical value.
