关格的源流及病机探微

The Origin and Pathogenesis of Obstruction and Rejection

考略关格的源流及病机,以冀能为临床提供理论指导与治疗思路。疏理了始自《黄帝内经》至历代医家对关格的发挥,归纳总结了不同时期医家的观点及贡献,从释名辨类、源流考略、病机探微三个方面进行阐述。关格的主要病机是脾肾阳虚、浊邪泛逆、气阴两虚、阴衰阳竭,其要点无非是脾肾两虚是本,浊壅逆泛是标,又能涉变及心、肺、胃、肝等脏腑。

In this paper,the origin and pathogenesis of obstruction and rejection were discussed,so as to provide theoretical guidance and treatment for clinical practice. The views and contributions of different periods of physicians from differentiation,induction,explanation on the origin of the three aspects were summarized,and the exploration on the pathogenesis was elaborated. The main pathogenesis of obstruction and rejection＇s disease is spleen,kidney yang deficiency,turbid qi,flood,qi and yin deficiency,yin depression and yang exhaustion. The main point is that the spleen and kidney,the deficiency is the root,the turbid depression is the criterion,and it can also involve the heart,lung,stomach,liver and other organs.
