四逆散合半夏泻心汤治疗肝胃不和型慢性胃炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Sini Powder Combined with Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis of Incoordination between Liver and Stomach

目的评价四逆散联合半夏泻心汤治疗肝胃不和型慢性胃炎的疗效。方法对2015年1月—2016年12月收治的90例肝胃不和型慢性胃炎患者进行研究,随机分为观察组和对照组(各45例),对照组以多潘立酮片治疗,观察组增加四逆散联合半夏泻心汤治疗,对比其效果。结果观察组的总有效率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的80.00%;两组胃痛、胃胀、呕吐、胃出血评分在治疗前无差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组均优于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组效果更佳(P<0.05)。结论四逆散联合半夏泻心汤治疗肝胃不和型慢性胃炎疗效显著,建议广泛应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Sini powder combined with Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis of incoordination between liver and stomach. Methods Ninety patients with chronic gastritis were enrolled in this study from January 2015 to December 2016. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with domperidone tablets. The observation group was also treated with Sini powder combined with Banxia Xiexin decoction. The therapeutic effect was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 56% which was significantly higher than80. 00% of the control group. There was no significant difference in the scores of stomach pain,bloating,vomiting and gastric hemorrhage before treatment（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,there was improvement on the scores of stomach pain,bloating,vomiting and gastric hemorrhage（ P 0. 05）,and the scores of stomach pain,bloating,vomiting and gastric hemorrhage of the observation group was better（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Sini powder combined with Banxia Xiexin decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic gastritis of incoordination between liver and stomach,and it is widely used.
