针灸推拿加牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical observationy on Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Massage Combined with Traction in Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的探索研究中医针灸推拿联合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年9月—2017年4月收治的70例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行临床对比研究。将患者随机分为观察者和对照组,每组35例,其中对照组患者采用针灸推拿治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合牵引治疗,比较两种方式治疗效果。结果观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(94.3%vs77.1%,χ2=3.87,P=0.049)。结论在针灸推拿的基础上联合牵引治疗能够提高腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果,有利于患者腰椎功能的恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traction in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods A total of 70 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion enrolled in this study from September 2016 to April 2017. The patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture and massage,and the observation group was treated with traction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect of the two methods was compared with that of the control group. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group（ 94. 3% vs. 77. 1%,χ2= 3. 87,P = 0. 049）. Conclusion The traction therapy can improve the therapeutic effect of lumbar disc herniation on the basis of acupuncture and massage,which is beneficial to the recovery of lumbar vertebrae.
