独活寄生汤加减治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical observation on Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on Acute Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨急性腰椎间盘突出症经独活寄生汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法将2015年12月—2016年12月在我院治疗的88例急性腰椎间盘突出症患者按随机数字法分成观察组44例与对照组44例,观察组患者给予独活寄生汤加减治疗,对照组患者给予常规针刺、牵引治疗,分别对两组患者的临床治疗效果及不良反应情况进行统计分析。结果观察组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组患者,两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论急性腰椎间盘突出症经独活寄生汤加减治疗临床效果显著,值得临床的推广及应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction on acute lumbar disc herniation. Methods From December 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital,88 cases of acute lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly divided into observation group of 44 cases and control group of 44 cases. The observation group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture and traction. The curative effect and adverse reactions of two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The clinical effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group,and there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction on acute lumbar disc herniation has significantly clinical effect,and is worthy of promotion and clinical application.
