补中益气汤加减对胃癌术后气虚血瘀证胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the Recovery of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome Gastrointestinal Function after Surgery of Gastric Cancer

目的分析补中益气汤加减对胃癌术后气虚血瘀证胃肠功能恢复影响效果。方法选择2015年3月—2017年3月在我院接受手术治疗的胃癌患者56例,按照双盲随机法将其分成对照组及观察组,每组28例,对照组给予化疗方案治疗,观察组联用补中益气汤加减治疗,分析两组患者胃肠道功能恢复情况、不良反应及治疗效果。结果观察组术后肛门初次排气时间、排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率78.57%显著高于对照组的39.29%(P<0.05);观察组胃肠道反应发生率明显低于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者术后在常规化疗的基础上联用补中益气汤可促进胃肠功能尽快恢复,延长其生存时间,降低复发率,值得进一步在临床应用及推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction on recovery of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome gastrointestinal function after surgery of gastric cancer. Methods 56 patients with gastric cancer from March 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital accepted surgical treatment. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 28 cases in each group. The control group was given chemotherapy treatment,and the observation group was treated chemotherapy treatment combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction. The recovery of gastrointestinal function,adverse reaction and therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results The first anal exhaust time,defecation time and bowel sound recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 78. 57% which was significantly higher than 39. 29% of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The occurred gastrointestinal reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and there was significantly different（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion On the basis of the conventional chemotherapy,Buzhong Yiqi decoction can promote gastrointestinal function recovery,prolong the survival time,reduce the recurrence rate,and worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
