半夏泻心汤加味治疗急性胃肠炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on the Curative Effect of Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Gastroenteritis

目的探讨和分析半夏泻心汤加味治疗急性胃肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月—2017年6月在我院住院部接受治疗的急性胃肠炎患者80例,随机分为一般组和观察组,各40例,一般组采用常规治疗法即用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾进行治疗,观察组采用半夏泻心汤加味进行治疗,观察和分析两组治疗后的疗效,治疗后患者生活质量的情况以及各种病症的恢复情况。结果两组治疗后,一般组的治疗总有效率为72.5%,观察组的治疗总有效率为95.0%,两组之间的差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.05);一般组和观察组的患者的临床症状也有明显的改善,观察组的腹泻、腹痛、呕吐、发热等症状的恢复明显优于一般组。结论从本研究可以看出,采用半夏泻心汤加味治疗急性胃肠炎的临床疗效显著,不良反应低,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of modified Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis.Methods 80 cases of acute gastroenteritis patients in the hospital from March 2015 to June 2017 were selected,and were randomly divided into general group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group. The general group was treated with the conventional treatment of amoxicillin potassium clavicate,and the observation group was treated with modified Banxia Xiexin decoction. The therapeutic effect of the two groups,the quality of life after treatment and the recovery of various conditions were observed and analyzed. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the general group was 72. 5%. The total effective of the observation group was 95. 0%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. The clinical symptoms of patients in general group and observation group also improved significantly. The symptoms of diarrhea,abdominal pain,vomiting and fever of the observation group were significantly better than those of the general group. Conclusion As you can see from this study,modified Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis has significantly clinical effect and low adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
