中医辨证法结合西药治疗偏头痛眩晕的临床观察

Clinical observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Migraine Vertigo

目的分析探讨中医辨证法结合西药治疗偏头痛眩晕的效果。方法随机将80例偏头痛眩晕患者分成两组,对照组和实验组均为40例,两组患者分别采用常规西药治疗、中医辨证法结合西药治疗,对临床疗效进行观察分析。结果实验组的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后的头痛指数评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用中医辨证法结合西药治疗偏头痛眩晕患者,能让临床疗效显著提高,对患者的头痛症状进行显著改善,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation combined with Western medicine in treating migraine vertigo. Methods 80 cases of migraine patients with vertigo were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine Western medicine,and the experimental group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation combined with Western medicine treatment. The clinical effect was observed and analyzed. Results The clinical total effective rate of in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. The score of headache index in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation combined with Western medicine in treating migraine vertigo can significantly improve clinical effect and headache symptoms,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
