摘要
PROFIBUS网是一种功能强大的现场级网络,在冶金行业中得到了广泛的认可和应用。但它也有局限性,由于现场设备布局较为分散,造成多个DP从站PROFIBUS电缆过长,主站和DP从站一旦出现故障会造成整个DP网络的中断,故障断点在短期内难以排查确认,直接影响到数据通讯和连铸机正常生产。本文提出的网络故障诊断技术,是通过开发一种网络故障诊断程序,实时监测网络通讯状态,及时预判和预报故障断点,降低了故障处理时间,避免了连铸机的非计划停浇。此技术在其他西门子工控领域都具有广泛的应用前景。
PROFIBUS network is a powerful field ne+twork, has heen widely recognizect and applied in the metallurgical industry. But it also has its limitalion,due to the layout of field equipments is scattered, which will cause the PROFIBUS cable of multiphe DP slave stations too long, and thus, once the fault of main and DP slave stations appeared, the entire DP network will be disrupted, and it was diffieuh to trou- bleshoot and confirm the fault breakpoi+nts in' the short term, directly 'affecting the data eommunic/ation and the normal production of caster. For the nefwork fault diagn6sis technology proposed in the paper, through developing a kind of network fault diagnosis program to carry out the real-time monitoring of network communication, then prejudge and predict the fault +breakpoints to reduce the fault processing time, further to avoid the unplanned +top pouring 'of the continuous casting machine. This technique has broad applidation prospects in other Siemens industrial control'fields.
