通过对目前25MW发电机组油系统存在的问题进行研究分析,提出增设辅助油箱的必要性,拟解决油箱油位低引起的射油器引油不足造成的机组油压波动问题,提升系统运行安全。

Through the study and analysis on the problems existing in the current oil system in 25MW gen- erator set, the necessity of adding auxiliary oil tank was put forwaxd to solve the problem of oil pressure fiuctuation caused by the insufficient prime oil of oil ejection device for the lower oil level of oil tank, and the old.ration safety of the system was improved.
