摘要 由于红外碳硫仪的普遍应用及技术相当成熟,检测钢中低碳、低硫成分时,红外吸收法常作为首选方法。但是,由于炉前化验及时性的要求,样品在钻制或铣制钢屑做碳硫分析时必然要花费一定时间,从而影响检测速度,会对生产造成一定影响。通过选择适当的控制样品及对光谱仪光强比的调节,能够准确检测钢中低碳、低硫成分,并且测定值在碳硫仪设备的示值误差范围内,因而可以取代碳硫仪分析结果,从而节省检测时间。 Due to the widespread application and technological maturity of infrared carbon sulfur .instrument, it is often as the. preferred method in the detection of low/medium carbon steel and low sulphur in steel. But, because of timeliness requirement of pre-furnaee tests, the specimen is bound to take a certain amount of time when drilling or milling steel chips for carbon and sulfur analysis, so as to influence the speed of detection, further causing a certain influence on production. Through selecting the appropri- ate control samples.and adjusting the light intensity ratio of spectrometer, the contents of low and medium carbon steel and low sulphur could be accurately determined, and the measured values were within the range of indication error of the of the carbon sulfur instrument, and thus it could replace the analysis results of carbon sulfur instrument, thereby the testing time was saved.
