摘要 配电网的运营监测通过全过程、计划与预算等跨专业流程监测,帮助业务部门更深层次地分析问题,及时解决问题,增强对业务部门管理提升的服务能力,以更好地服务配网规划、建设、生产、运维工作。然而,实现配电网的全景监测,即从多种不同维度实现配电网的监测,涉及指标众多、数据量巨大、实现难度较大,而大数据技术能够为海量数据的存储、计算、分析提供了最佳的解决方案。文章通过分析配电网全景监测的实现要素,研究大数据技术与配电网监测的兼容性,提出了基于大数据技术实现配电网全景监测的实现方法,从系统的角度把握配电网的运营品质,揭示配电网在安全、质量、能效等维度的规律,为配电网规划、建设和运维提供决策依据。 Through the whole process, planning and budget and other cross-professional process monitoring, distribution network operation monitoring can help business departments to analyze the problem deeper and solve the problem in time. This will better serve the distribution network planning, construction, production, operation and maintenance. To realize the panoramic monitoring of distribution network, we need to realize the monitoring of distribution network from many different dimensions, involving many indicators, huge amount of data and great difficulty in realization. Big data technology can provide the best solution for the storage, calculation and analysis of massive data. By analyzing the realization elements of panoramic monitoring of distribution network and studying the compatibility of big data technology and distribution network monitoring, this paper puts forward a method to realize the panoramic monitoring of distribution network based on big data technology. From the perspective of system, Operation quality, reveals the rules of distribution network in the dimensions of safety, quality and energy efficiency, and provides decision-making basis for the planning, construction and operation of distribution network.
