基于网架规划的县域配电网可靠性提升策略研究

Research on Reliability Improvement Strategy of Distribution Network in County Area Based on Network Planning

为实现创新驱动县域配电网提质增效、转型升级,文章开展县域配电网可靠性提升的策略研究,以县域电网"问题库",以及县域电网信息化、智能化为发展方向,开展县域典型供电模式、可靠性提升策略等适用性、匹配性专题研究,研究制定科学合理的"项目库",并作为技术原则规范予以确立,力求做到"规划即法",提升规划的权威性和严肃性。实施后,城乡配电网的差距逐渐缩小,有力助推城乡电网一体化发展,为县域经济社会发展提供安全可靠、经济高效的电力支撑。

In order to achieve innovation-driven upgrading of county distribution network efficiency, transformation and upgrading, this paper carries out the county distribution network reliability improvement strategy research. With the county power grid ＂problem library＂, as well as the county power grid information and intelligence as the development direction, the county＇s typical power supply mode, the reliability of strategies to enhance the applicability and matching of thematic studies are carried out. A scientific and rational ＂project library is formulated, and it is established as a specification of the principles oftechnology, which can help to achieve ＂take the planning as the law＂ to enhance the authority. After implementation, the gap between urban and rural distribution network gradually narrowed, effectively promote the integration of urban and rural power grid development, for the county economic and social development to provide safe, reliable and cost-effective electricity support.
