摘要 随着光伏电站和基于新能源的发电技术快速发展并逐步成熟,光伏发电的最大准入容量是需要考量的一个问题,同时电压越上限问题是高渗透率光伏电站并网的瓶颈之一。文章介绍了通过电压控制策略来改善运行状态以提高光伏渗透率,并提出一种计及光伏电站主动参与电压调整的最大准入容量计算方法,并以分布式光伏并网且具备电压控制功能的改进IEEE-33节点配电系统为例进行仿真验证,验证了所提出的电压控制策略能有效提升光伏电站并入配电网的最大准入容量。 With the rapid development and gradual maturity of photovoltaic power generation, the maximum access capacity of photovoltaic power generation has attracted wide attention. The problem of the upper voltage limit is one of the bottlenecks in the integration of high-penetration photovoltaic power plants. In this paper, several voltage control strategies are proposed to improve the operation status to improve the PV penetration rate. A method to calculate the maximum integration capacity of a photovoltaic that takes into account the photovoltaic power plant's active participation in voltage regulation is proposed. An improved IEEE-33 node power distribution system with distributed photovoltaic grid-connected and voltage-controlled functions is taken as an example to verify the simulation results. The simulation results verify that the proposed voltage control strategy can effectively increase the maximum integration capacity of photovoltaic power station into the distribution network.
